Men and Women are equal yet different. This awareness is created and the sensitivity needed for each gender to understand the other and work in harmony is built.
We help design policies that comply with the POSH Act, prevent marginalization, exclusion and sexual / work harassment. Orientation sessions including tips to handle harassment cases are given to the Internal committee members to empower them to adopt the principles of natural justice while dealing with cases and overcome their conscious and unconscious bias against any one gender.
We empower women executives to break the self- imposed glass ceiling to climb the leadership ladder.
We take up the role of the expert–external member of Anti-sexual harassment committee called the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) which is mandated as per the POSH Act and have been signed by several MNCs as of now.
