Gender Sensitivity training:

Men and Women are equal yet different. This awareness is created and the sensitivity needed for each gender to understand the other and work in harmony is built.

  • Based on PMI award winning research by Co-Founders
  • A gender-neutral and balanced approach appreciated by both men and women alike.
  • Qualifies as mandatory training as per the provisions of “Prevention of Sexual harassment of women at the Work place Act (POSH Act)-2013.”
  • Enterprise –wide training with top–to-down approach with CEOs, CFOs and other top leadership participating conducted in several Fortune-500 companies successfully
  • The participants feel energised and not drained by law part as we bridge the divide with humour, live case studies & other activities.

POSH Act Compliance:

We help design policies that comply with the POSH Act, prevent marginalization, exclusion and sexual / work harassment. Orientation sessions including tips to handle harassment cases are given to the Internal committee members to empower them to adopt the principles of natural justice while dealing with cases and overcome their conscious and unconscious bias against any one gender.

Women Empowerment workshops:

We empower women executives to break the self- imposed glass ceiling to climb the leadership ladder.

External Membership of ICC:

We take up the role of the expert–external member of Anti-sexual harassment committee called the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) which is mandated as per the POSH Act and have been signed by several MNCs as of now.
