“Help, my colleague is behaving strangely” a research paper on enhancing harmony in gender-diverse teams co-authored by Sabita Prasad and Sudha Jayaram won the best paper presentation (runner-up) award. The paper propagated the “4R Model” for creating gender inclusive work places.
The technical paper based on primary research and case studies on managing everyday conflicts at the work place titled “Help, something is just not right!” co-authored by Sabita and Sudha ,was selected for publication by PMI-India.Resonance workshop titled “Conflict to Collaboration” is inspired by the findings from this invaluable research.
Sudha and Sabita achieved a hatrick when their latest research paper “Help! I am only 35 and I have Diabetes ” was selected yet again by PMI-India for presentation .The paper explored the stress-generated “D factor” (Divorce,Depression,Diabetes and other diseases ) that has become common in young professionals today,especially in the IT/ITES sector. Strategies that can be adopted at the Individual,Team and Organizational levels were suggested.
